This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


Returns

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, email us at contact@asanabelle.cc with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain items — such as intimate apparel, final-sale pieces, or personalized products — may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We refund only the product cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
Follow the return steps above. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@asanabelle.cc with your order number and photos.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect items).
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item without it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items
  • Personalized or custom products (unless defective)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — sometimes it takes extra time before the refund is posted.
